How can I reset my app data?▼
Open the app's Settings menu and look for "Reset" or "Clear Data." You can also go to Android Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage → Clear Data. Note: this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Why are ads not loading?▼
Ads require an internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data. Ad availability can also vary by region and time. Try restarting the app.
The app crashes. What should I do?▼
Restart the app and your device. Make sure you have the latest version installed from Google Play. If the issue persists, email us at support@sefdek.com with your device model and Android version.
How do I opt out of personalized ads?▼
On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization." You can also reset your Advertising ID from the same menu.
How do I request deletion of my data?▼
Email us at support@sefdek.com with subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
Are your apps safe for children?▼
Our apps may contain advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact us at support@sefdek.com with any child safety concerns.
